Bolo de chocolate com creme de maracujá

Ingredientes:

• 13 ovos
• 2 1/2 xícaras (chá) de açúcar
• 2 1/2 xícaras (chá) de farinha de trigo
• 1 xícara (chá) e 2 colheres (sopa) de chocolate em pó
• 1/4 de xícara (chá) de água fervente
• 1 colher (sopa) de fermento em pó
• 620 ml de leite
• 5 colheres (sopa) de amido de milho
• 200 g de chocolate meio amargo picado
• 200 g de chocolate ao leite picado
• 1 lata de leite condensado
• 1 lata de creme de leite
• 1 xícara (chá) de água
• 1 xícara (chá) de suco de maracujá
• 1 colher (sobremesa) de manteiga
• Licor de chocolate

Modo De Preparo:

1. Coloque 7 ovos e 1 1/2 xícara (chá) de açúcar na batedeira e bata por 15 minutos ou até dobrar de volume. 

2. Acrescente a farinha e 1 xícara (chá) de chocolate peneirados e bata mais um pouco. 

3. Adicione a água, o fermento e misture. 

4. Unte a forma com margarina, forre com papel manteiga, passe a margarina sobre o papel manteiga e polvilhe farinha de trigo. Despeje a massa na forma. 

5. Asse em forno, preaquecido, a 180 ºC por 40 minutos ou até que espetando um palito saia seco. Retire do forno, deixe esfriar e desenforme.

6. Prepare o creme de chocolate: dissolva 3 colheres (sopa) de amido de milho em 500 ml de leite. 

7. Misture os chocolates, o leite condensado, o creme de leite e 2 colheres (sopa) de chocolate em pó. Leve ao fogo brando, mexendo sem parar até engrossar.

8. Faça o creme de maracujá: em uma panela, misture a água e 1 xícara (chá) de açúcar. Leve ao fogo brando, sem mexer até formar uma calda. Reserve. 

9. Dissolva 2 colheres (sopa) de amido de milho no suco de maracujá, adicione 6 gemas e misture. 

10. Acrescente essa mistura à calda reservada. Leve novamente ao fogo brando, sem mexer até engrossar. 

11. Retire do fogo, misture o leite restante e a manteiga. Leve ao fogo novamente e deixe ferver.

12. Retire do fogo e deixe esfriar.

13. Corte o bolo em três discos e umedeça-os com o licor de chocolate. 

14. Sobre o primeiro disco coloque uma camada de creme de chocolate. 

15. Cubra com o segundo disco e distribua o creme de maracujá. 

16. Coloque o terceiro disco e cubra com o restante do creme de chocolate. Sirva o bolo gelado.

Dica: monte o bolo em um aro próprio para bolo. As camadas e os recheios ficam mais firmes.
